WHAT IT IS
A focused 60- to 90-minute working conversation to interrupt momentum, surface what matters most, and clarify the real decision at hand. Within 48 hours, you’ll have an Original Tombola sketch plan in your hand (or it might be that you walk away with it at the end of the session) for what comes next, or the clarity to pause the conversation with me.

WHAT IT IS
Ongoing advisory support for leaders or organizations navigating sustained complexity, growth, or transition. When we progress to this point, this is a true partnership. I will have gained an understanding of your business and capabilities and share a passion for your mission. Be aware: it may be a partnership of creative tension, for I will still carry the responsibility of flagging that which you are too close to see. But we will be in it, together — by design.
